The Comd 13 Brigade Brigadier General Ismaila Isa today (Monday) handed over command to Brig Gen COC Ekulide in HQ 13 Brigade.
Prior to the Handover proper the outgoing comd Brig Gen I Isa commissioned a block of 5 classrooms as a part of his wife’s selfless service for the Brigade and Cross Riverians in general.
The Brigade also organised a send forth party for the outgoing Comd Monday at the Officers Mess where gifts were presented to posted out officers by the outgoing Commander.
Later gifts were also presented to the outgoing Commander by officers and well wishers in recognition of the amicable services carried out by the outgoing Commander.
