Interim head coach of the Super Falcons, Justin Madugu, has revealed the squad for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Cape Verde.

Among the notable players invited are Asisat Oshoala from Barcelona Femeni, Rasheedat Ajibade, and goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie.

The list also includes dependable defenders such as Osinachi Ohale and Oluwatosin Demehin, along with Toni Payne and Christy Ucheibe.

All the called-up players are expected to join the team’s camp between November 25 and 27.

The Super Falcons will face Cape Verde at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Thursday, November 30. The return fixture is scheduled to take place in Praia on Tuesday, December 5.

The victor will secure a spot at the 2024 WAFCON.
