As part of activities to celebrate James Minna Okpeki posthumous birthday, his Foundation ( a non profit organization ) is set to launch it’s football branch known as JMOFFC on the 14th of December, 2023.
James Okpepi who lived between 1935-2013 had passion for the people and football.
The launching of JMOFFC on the 14th of December is set to celebrate Okpeki’s love for the the people and football.
Applications for Nigerians to partake in the question and answer segment of the event has begun and it will run from November till December 6, 2023.
This disclosure was made available via a statement by Mrs Ufford, one of the children of James Okpeki and a board member of the foundation.
According to Ufford, her father was renowned for his generosity, to family members, friends and even strangers.
The statement adds that the foundation invest in the potential of Young people through grassroot football.
To participate, all interested applicants are enjoined to visit the foundation’s Instagram page jmoffc and Facebook page, James Minna Okpeki FC
Interested Participants are enjoined to answer three questions about Okepki to stand a chance to win 50,000.
Ten winners will be selected and given 50,000 naira each.
Prospective Participants are to visit the foundation online site to know the criteria and eligibility for participation.
