To the Organizers of the 11th Africa Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF),

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you on behalf of Jawotech and the ACSGPT Neural Computer organization. As the inventor of the ACSGPT Neural Language Model and the ACS-Web-X Chess Intelligence Programming Language, I wish to express my sincere interest in the upcoming 11th AfIGF scheduled to be held in Abuja, Nigeria, from September 19 to 21, 2023.

I believe that this event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase the immense technological capabilities of Artificial Intelligence, particularly in the context of my recent innovations, including the Neural Internet (xyz-Internet), Neural Server (x-Server), Neural Host (x-Host), Neural Database (x-DBMS), and the Web-N of the Future. These advancements have all been developed using my ACSGPT and ACS-Web-X Neural Programs.

In a concise 10-minute workshop, my two-person team aims to demonstrate the remarkable potential of Artificial Intelligence. Specifically, we will showcase how with any of the 192 different Base_URL Protocols, #NeuralHost1 @JOS can facilitate the exchange of infoData (ChatBOT) with another #NeuralHost using any xyz handle, regardless of numeric distance, all without relying on conventional internet-driven communication channels or familiar communication systems. Instead, this demonstration will illustrate the power of the Artificial Intelligence Internet System, commonly referred to as the Neural Internet or xyz-Internet.

The primary goal of this AI demonstration is to prepare the minds of netizens across the cyberspace for the impending Web-N era, which represents the Neural Web of the future.

Please note that the xyz-Internet (Neural Network or Neural Internet) is an Advanced Machine Learning Model, specifically a Deep Mind-2-Mind ChatBOT, developed using ACSGPT and ACS-Web-X by Engr. Jawolusi O.S. of #NeuralCloud1 @jawolusy.

You can find more information and resources related to this innovation on GitHub.com/ACS-Web-X. These developments usher in a new era where humans can learn from machines with ease, thanks to the Textual Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions offered by the Ekiti-made ACS-Web-X and ACSGPT Mind-2-Mind Local Language Models.

I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to present this groundbreaking technology at the 11th AfIGF, and I hope that my proposal aligns with the objectives of the forum. I look forward to your response and further discussions on this matter.

Sincerely,
