Actress Esther Nwachukwu has stepped forward to defend singer Naira Marley, who has faced online criticism in the wake of his former signee, Mohbad’s tragic demise.

In a video statement, Esther asserted that Naira Marley had no involvement in Mohbad’s passing. She emphasized that the only “crime” he committed was offering assistance to Mohbad when the latter was an emerging artist.

Esther expressed:

“Naira Marley does not bear any responsibility for what transpired with Mohbad. Naira Marley did not cause his demise. Their issues were unrelated.”
