Heart-wrenching videos depicting the late singer, Mohbad, being subjected to assault have surfaced online. These videos were originally shared on October 5, 2022, by the dancer known as Life of Orezzy. Life of Orezzy revealed that he himself was assaulted when he attempted to intervene in a situation where a group of individuals were attacking Mohbad.
According to Life of Orezzy, Naira Marley was also present at the scene when Mohbad was being mistreated.
He posted the videos, along with photos of the assault, on his Instagram page, expressing his sentiments: “If I die, the entire Marlians Music group (including Naira Marley and his associates) should be held accountable.”
His post read:
“If I die, the entire Marlians Music group (including Naira Marley and his associates) should be held responsible. Look at how my friends and I were treated, even though we didn’t engage in any physical altercation with any members of the Marlians Music team. I was dragged barefoot on the road, and Naira Marley did nothing about it. I lost some of my belongings. I was humiliated as if I had committed a crime, all because I begged them not to harm Mohbad. I realize that I may not have the same power and connections that they do, but I have God. We were attacked with various weapons… Please, Nigerians, help me… I repeat, if I die, Marlians Music should be held accountable… Shuddy, Seyi, Sid, and others… If I die, at least people will know the names of some of those who brutalized me… I fear no one but God, my creator… #pleasesave.”
