How about the environmental pollution it will cause in Lagos , is lagos not too small and crowded for such a big refinery?
I read:

These pollutants can cause respiratory problems, including asthma, and increase the risk of heart disease and lung cancer etc i think lagos is too small and crowded for such a big refinery
