Nollywood actors have shown their support for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, at a program held at the Baale of Allen’s Palace.

The event was organized by Queen Bunmi Ajibade (also known as Mama Miliki) in partnership with Emilokan Entertainment.

Yinka Quadri, Jide Kosoko, and Oga Bello were among the actors who spoke in support of Tinubu. They praised him for being a unifying figure across regional, ethnic, and religious lines, and for his ability to manage resources and lead the country.

According to Quadri, Tinubu is the person that Nigeria needs at this time. Jide Kosoko added that his support for Tinubu is not motivated by financial reward but by his convictions and Tinubu’s positive impact on the creative world. He also stated that it is Yoruba’s turn to lead the country based on the rotation of leadership in Nigeria.

“For all your sacrifices, for all your efforts, God will reward you this time. If we look at the rotation of leadership in Nigeria over the years, it is very crystal clear it is Yoruba’s turn to be president,” he said.
