The war between Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga, and Florentino Perez, head of Real Madrid, has reached a new episode with the words of the former towards the latter.
The agreement between LaLiga and the investment fund CVC has unleashed a war that seems to have no end. On one side is the employers’ association, and on the other, two of the big clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona.
This very Tuesday, the team presided over by Florentino Perez offered a statement in which he informed that he will take legal action, both civil and legal, against Javier Tebas and the investment fund.
It has not taken long for the LaLiga president to respond. Through his personal twitter, as he has done on recent occasions, Tebas charged directly against Florentino Perez.
“The threatening way that Florentino Perez has been using for years in private is now being transferred to public. Clubs and institutions have been putting up with his threats for years,” Tebas published, quoting Real Madrid’s statement.
But the LaLiga president’s words did not stop there. “Since 2015 against centralised sales, constant challenges to agreements, the Superliga… Real Madrid deserves more,” he said.
Words that fuel the war between the two leaders, LaLiga and Real Madrid, which is keeping the rest of the Primera and Segunda teams on tenterhooks.
El método amenazante que desde hace años utiliza FP en privado lo traslada ahora a lo público. Clubs e instituciones llevamos años soportando sus amenazas. Desde 2015 contra la venta centralizada, las impugnaciones constantes de acuerdos, la Superliga…
