Former Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger, has said that Spanish giants, Real Madrid were demanding too much from Zinedine Zidane and he should remain as their coach.
While Zidane has managed to get Real’s season back on track, there remains the possibility of ending the campaign trophyless.
But Wenger insists the Frenchman should keep his job, telling TF1: “When you are successful as a coach, you are a bit of the victim of that.
“We never ask him for less because he has had put the club at such a level that to come back and do so well is impossible.”
Real Madrid are in the quarterfinals of the Champions League for the first time in two years.
