The Lagos State Commissioner for Establishment, Training and Pensions, Ajibola Ponnle, has charged the public servants in the state to embrace new attitude changes in unprecedented times.
Ponnle stated this during the second edition of a webinar series tagged ‘exco shares 2.0’, a platform organised by the Office of Establishments and Training to share knowledge and learn transformational agenda.
The commissioner, while speaking on the topic ‘Universal Cycle of Change’, stated that the cycle of change had helped humans to understand the various phases of life as well as raise awareness about the things happening around them.
She added that for one to move ahead in careers and relationship, one needs to raise a high level of awareness to be able to notice all these cycles of life while making informed decisions on what needs to be dropped off as this could serve as a form of limitations to the next level of life
She said, “The universal cycle of change is as old as mankind and is something that has come to be globally acceptable. Everything has a cycle of change including both living and non-living things.”
The Permanent Secretary, Office of establishments and training, Onayele Abiodun, in his welcome address, stated that the webinar session was an eye-opener for sharing experiences and knowledge, adding that the office would continue to enhance the state workforce to attain the height of a vibrant 21st-century public service.
