Zamfara State House of Assembly has passed a resolution, calling on the State government to as a matter of urgency hasten the construction of eastern Byepass road in Tsafe town to ease traffic congestion, especially during market days.
The resolution followed a motion raised at the House of Assembly by the member representing Tsafe east constituency, Hon Musa Bawa Musa Yankuzo, who also doubles as the Deputy Speaker of the House.
Hon. Yankuzo further maintained that Tsafe town, being the gateway to Zamfara State needed such type of expansion along the eastern part of the town to allow easy passage of vehicular movements from in and out of the State.

Also contributing, both Hon. Aliyu Namaigora Danjibga of Tsafe west and Hon. Yusuf Muhammad Anka threw their support, urging the State government to do the needful regarding the constitution of the road.
After due deliberations by the House members on the matter, the Speaker, Nasiru Mu’azu Magarya directed the House committee on works and transport to take up the matter to the executive for immediate implementation.
The House also considered a bill for a law to provide for the establishment Zamfara State Directorate of investment and public private partnership and other matters connected therewith 2020 and gave it a second reading.
