Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule has sought partnership with the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) , to fast track the take-off of the newly established faculties of medicine and engineering at the state university in Keffi.

The governor spoke yesterday in Abuja when he visited the Executive Secretary of TETFUND, Prof Sulieman Bogoro.

A statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Addra, said the governor was in the office to seek further financial intervention for the take-off of the two faculties.

Besides interventions across institutions of higher learning in Nasarawa State, TETFUND recently approved another intervention that will see the two newly established faculties benefit.

Addra said Governor Sule is building a network of friendship and understanding, especially with key Federal Government agencies that will translate into more democracy dividends in the state.
