Guinness Nigeria Plc has partnered with the Ministry of Youths and Sports to implement the quiz version of its e-learning platform, DrinkiQ, for youths between the ages of 18 to 35 years.
The company, in a statement entitled ‘Guinness Nigeria Partners Youth Ministry On Responsible Drinking Initiative’, described DrinkiQ as an e-learning platform that provides fact and information on alcohol.
The company has newly introduced the quiz version of DrinkiQ in order to take the ‘Drink Responsibly’ campaign to the youth via the Nigeria Online Youth Assembly platform.
According to the statement, NOYA is a platform developed by the ministry to empower the Nigerian youths with information on self-development, career growth, training, job and employment placement opportunities.
Guinness Nigeria said DRINKiQ quiz version aimed to test the knowledge of the youth on alcohol while educating them on responsible drinking, facts, causes, and consequences surrounding under-age drinking.
The Managing Director, Baker Magunda, while speaking on the partnership, reiterated the importance of the company’s role in reducing harmful drinking habits through its partnerships and programmes.
