The fashion mogul, 46, and music giant, 60, are the highest-earning Britons on a new list cataloguing celeb earnings from business ventures.
The research, conducted by Digitaloft and OLBG, looks at celeb earnings from the businesses they set up, rather than anything they earn directly from their fame.
Fashion guru Victoria, married to England football legend David, runs a hugely successful clothing label under her own name.
Meanwhile BGT and X Factor boss Simon owns and runs Syco Entertainment, a talent label and TV production company.
The pair come joint 12th on the list, both bringing in an estimated £34 million a year from their respective companies.
US stars like Dr Dre, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian sit nearer the top of the list.
Dr Dre takes the number one spot, his Beats Electronic company making him an estimated £1.2 billion every year.
Fellow rapper and presidential hopeful Kanye West is close behind in second – his clothing line Yeezy, a collaboration with Adidas, brings in £1 billion.
Rihanna, storming the fashion and beauty world with her Fenty range, is at third with around £860 million a year.
Kim Kardashian is another top ten entry, her KKW beauty range earning a not-too-shabby £77 million.
Jessica Alba, the Olsen twins, Kate Hudson and Jessica Simpson were all top ten earners.
U2 singer Bono came in at 30th, after founding a private equity firm back in 2004.
Simon is currently recovering from a nasty accident that saw him rushed to hospital for emergency surgery.
The star had been out on his electric bike in sunny Malibu when he suffered a fall that left him with a back broken in three places.
Now on the mend, Simon left fans crestfallen as it emerged he wouldn’t be able to make it back to the UK for the BGT live finals.
Thankfully, Ashley Banjo has stepped up and proved a hit with fans.
Victoria, meanwhile, is said to have battled coronavirus with hubby David.
The famous pair are thought to have caught the deadly bug back in March amid a strong of high-profile events in Los Angeles and Miami.
But the Beckhams are on cloud nine after eldest son Brooklyn, 21, popped the question to his American actress girlfriend Nicola Peltz.
And the big day looks to already be shaping up, with Sir Elton John, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rumoured for the star-studded guest list.
