Walker tweeted after Liverpool failed to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League to seven points, mocking the Reds with a Harry Maguire meme.
However, the City defender quickly deleted his social media post after receiving criticism for his unsportsmanlike behaviour.

The Liverpool boss also responded to claims he asked for just one side of the Anfield pitch to be cleared of snow to give them an advantage against Leicester.
I never asked to clear one side of the pitch and not the other,That’s not how I understand sport.
City will be looking to close the gap to Liverpool this weekend when they take on Arsenal at the Etihad.
