The Marvel gods have spoken and granted that Avengers: Endgame will be released a day early in the UK.
But not everyone is pleased as Marvel fans in the US are now begging the movie studio to match the release dates to avoid spoilers and finding out which of the Avengers survived Thanos’ trail of destruction.
Comscore Movies UK & Ireland tweeted they would often hope to resurrect the setting to where they often settle on something more or else or less of it.
Also announced the news on Tuesday, writing: Avengers: Endgame will have a Thursday opening, 25th April.’ It’s a day earlier than the 26 April release date scheduled for US cinemas and the rest of world.
Aside from Ant-Man and the Wasp, Marvel movies are typically released earlier in the UK so it’s no surprise that Avengers: Endgame will follow the tradition.
Unfortunately, it means that our American pals will have to play a game of dodgeball for a few hours to avoid major spoilers online.
Truly soz, guys. One fan even called on Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr, to use his powers of persuasion on the powers that be and bring the release dates together.
Although, RDJ might not have much influence for very long with Marvel boss Kevin Feige fuelling speculation that Iron Man will leave the MCU in Endgame.
Feige recently teased: ‘We thought it was the right time to finally introduce Captain Marvel to the world.
In the meantime, predictions are rumbling as to when Marvel will drop the full trailer for Endgame after releasing a short teaser in December. Bets are on the studio to unveil the trailer during the Super Bowl on 3 February
