Nigerian music star Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy, and fast-rising rapper Zlatan Ibile, recently collaborated on a new track, Killin Dem, to the joy of their fans.
When it comes to music, most Nigerian entertainers are known to bring their a-game at all times and this has earned them a worthy recognition on the world stage.
In 2018, some artistes rose from the backgrounds and made sure their names were on people’s lips. Some of such stars include Burna Boy and Zlatan Ibile to name a few.
Seeing as their fame reached great heights the previous year, the two entertainers recently collaborated on a new track titled Killin Dem, to the joy of their fans.
After all, what could be better than two talented artistes coming together on one song? Burna and Zlatan gave fans another dance track and even released a music video for it.
Some scenes from the recording include people dancing the now famous zanku step. As common with most Nigerian singers, Burna sang about his wide acceptance among fans as well as getting more money.
On the other hand, Zlatan rapped about people moving their bodies in their bid to do the energetic zanku dance. He also talked about how zanku has successfully made another dance step, shaku-shaku, fade into the background.
Meanwhile, Ege crooner and shaku-shaku promoter Danny S, reacted to Zlatan’s statement about fading shaku-shaku with zanku. He took to social media to warn his colleague not to compare the two dance moves.
He did this in a freestyle video posted on his Instagram page. Despite the two musicians being at loggerheads about which dance move is more prominent, several people all over the world enjoy both and would not hesitate to rock it whenever a song comes on.
