A United Kingdom-based private investigator, Victor Uwajeh, has given reason for not coming to Nigeria for his arraignment.

After failing to appear in court, an arrest warrant was issued against Uwajeh, a former private investigator for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

According to him, he could not travel to Nigeria for his arraignment due to some circumstance beyond his control A former private investigator for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Victor Uwajeh, has pleaded with the Federal High Court in Abuja to set aside the order of arrested it issued against him in May 2018.

Uwajeh, a United Kingdom-based private investigator, said he was in the UK when his arrest was ordered by the court.
