The young beautician, Alessia Neboso, hailing from Italy, had been eagerly preparing for her wedding with Mario Lucchesi. Unfortunately, mere days following her breast implant procedure, Alessia’s health began to deteriorate rapidly.

She experienced symptoms like a high fever, fatigue, a persistent cough, weakness, and gastrointestinal problems.

Concerned about her worsening condition, her family rushed her to the Villa dei Fiori Clinic in Acerra, near Naples, Italy, on September 20th. At this point, her condition had become critical.

Dr. Feliciano Ciccarelli, a medical professional attending to her, expressed, “The colleagues on duty immediately understood that the situation was very serious. Her vital signs were severely compromised; her kidneys were failing, her white blood cell count had surged to 17,000, and she was struggling to breathe.”

Ordinarily, a white blood cell count falls within the range of 4,000 to 11,000 per microlitre. Dr. Ciccarelli further elaborated, “We conducted an array of tests to determine the source of the sepsis. Through ultrasound and CT scans of the abdomen and chest, we identified that the issue stemmed from her lungs.”

Alessia was stabilized and transferred to the Intensive Care Unit, but despite the exhaustive efforts of medical personnel, she succumbed to cardiac arrest just a few hours later.

A close friend, opting to remain anonymous, shared, “Her dream was to walk down the aisle in a stunning, low-cut dress that would accentuate her enhanced cleavage. Alessia had always been self-conscious about her breast size, despite them not being truly small. In my opinion, they were near perfect. But she was determined and disregarded advice, including that of her boyfriend, who was against it. Whenever she came over for a manicure, it was all she talked about. She was thrilled to have mustered the courage to see the surgeon.”

Alessia had chosen to augment her breast size at a specialized plastic surgery clinic. She initially underwent routine tests and returned for the operation on September 11th, being discharged the same day.

Dr. Ciccarelli recounted, “She remained well until the 18th. Discomfort began that evening and persisted into the following morning. Her condition progressively worsened until the 20th when she was admitted to the clinic in critical condition, classified as ‘code red.'”

Devastated by the loss, Alessia’s family has filed a formal complaint, and the police have initiated an investigation.

Alessia’s parents voiced their concerns to local media, stating, “If there is any culpability involved, it must be brought to light. If Alessia’s demise was due to medical negligence, we demand justice. She was thriving, youthful, healthy, and beautiful. We need answers about what transpired in that operating room.”
