Siddika Sanusi, the daughter of Muhammadu Sanusi, the Emir of Kano, is getting married to Malam Abubakar Umar on Friday, December 23.
The lavish wedding ceremony is taking place at the Emir’s palace, where members of a big and happy family, close friends, different top officials, businessmen and other dignitaries gathered.
Among the unusual highlights of the event were snake charming girls who kissed live pythons to entertain dear guests.

Emir Sanusi has reportedly received N100,000 as Sidikka’s dowry. Interestingly, President Muhammadu Buhari married off Zahra for 12 gold coins (about N250,000).
